Welcome to Our Lady of Sion College!  We are a community where every young person is welcomed into a culture grounded in dignity, respect, and genuine care. Our story is grounded in the charism of the Sisters of Our Lady of Sion, whose legacy calls us to build relationships founded on hope, reconciliation, justice and respect. This spirit lives vibrantly in every interaction, every learning moment, and every connection formed within our community.

At the heart of our mission is our College motto, 'Truth in Love'. It calls us to seek understanding with compassion, pursue excellence with humility, and engage with one another through a lens of generosity and respect. It is a daily reminder of who we strive to be, individually and collectively.

A defining feature of Our Lady of Sion College is the genuine sense of belonging that is evident across our community. Students engage with confidence, staff know each girl by name, and our learning program is designed to support curiosity, engagement, and growth. 'Hearts as big as the world… hearts that expand into the flame of love, a flame that must set other flames alight'.  These words from Notre Dame de Sion founder, Fr Theodore Ratisbonne, continue to shape the rich story and identity of our community. They remind us that our work as educators is not only to teach, but to light a spark within each young person, one that empowers them to bring light, hope and love into the world.
